Catalog updated 2026-11-04

These stainless steel bins are designed for in-ground worm composting, providing a durable and rust-resistant solution for the garden. The set of two allows for strategic placement in different areas of a vegetable patch or greenhouse. Because they are buried, they utilize the natural temperature regulation of the earth to keep worms active.

The stainless steel material is particularly well-suited for the damp conditions found underground, ensuring the bins last for many seasons. Each unit features a secure lid that prevents pests from accessing the kitchen scraps inside. This method of composting is highly efficient for direct fertilization, as the worms transport nutrients into the soil.

This catalog entry highlights the simplicity of the in-ground design, which requires very little space above the surface. It is an excellent choice for those who want to compost food waste without a large visible structure in their yard. The bins are easy to fill and provide a direct benefit to the health of the surrounding garden ecosystem.
